Duties:
Prepare the dojo: The Sergeant-at-Arms is often the first to arrive, making sure the training area is clean, safe, and ready for class. This includes arranging equipment, ensuring the mat is swept, and checking that the atmosphere is respectful before the instructor arrives.
Manage equipment and property: This person is typically responsible for the care and organization of school property, such as training pads, flags, banners, and other training materials.
Assist with classes: A senior Sergeant-at-Arms may assist the head instructor with running the class, like helping with warm-ups or demonstrating techniques.
Handle new students and guests: This includes greeting visitors, making them feel welcome, and answering basic questions about the class and the school.
Maintain order and focus: A key responsibility is maintaining a focused, respectful atmosphere during class. This means quietly correcting minor distractions and ensuring everyone is paying attention, especially during instruction.
Enforce dojo rules: The Sergeant-at-Arms helps enforce the rules and etiquette of the school. This could involve reminding students to bow correctly or to treat the space and others with respect.

– Duties:
Greet all incoming students, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Provide information about the school’s programs, classes, and services.
Assist with events and recruiting
Assist with Sgt at Arm duties when the Sgt at Arms is absent.
Hisho – Secretary – Not Assigned
Duties:
Keep Attendance, dues, meeting records.
Assist other officers as needed.
