Our Teacher, Matthew Plewes is a Bruce “The Dragon” Lee and also a Ron “The Black Dragon” Van Clief fan.
Bruce Lee movies gave inspiration to Matthew as a child, and Bruce Lee’s “Tao of Jeet Kune Do” book put together from his notebooks is a must have of all serious combat martial artist.
Matthew’s first ever Martial Arts book was Ron Van Clief’s “Manual of Martial Arts”.
The Dragon and Black Dragon were friends and did movies in Hong Kong in the 1970’s.
Actually, Bruce Lee gave Ron Van Clief the name the Black Dragon. Saying, I am the Dragon, He is the Black Dragon!
