UNIFORMED AND PLAIN CLOTHES

All Security Technicians are trained in the Chuntian Academy Programs and are certified by and in compliance with all necessary local and/or national Criminal Justice Agencies.

Chuntian Academy Security Guards are always progressing and training in addition to on the job experience. All ranks are based on skill, completion of the Chuntian Security Programs, continued training and employment. Work ethic, seniority, devotion and work quality are also considered in rank promotions.

ALL RANK PROMOTIONS LISTED BELOW ARE FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SECURITY SERVICES AND NOT RELATED TO SELF DEFENSE OR ANY OTHER CHUNTIAN ACADEMY PROGRAMS.

I. After completing all prerequisites of age, visa, education and background, a interview and evaluation will be conducted. ALL APPLICANTS MOST HOLD A CURRENT " SECURITY GUARD" CERTIFICATION WITH THE GOVERNMENT IF APPLICABLE IN THAT AREA.

UNIFORMED SECURITY OFFICER RANKS:

II. ALL Security technicians must complete the C.A.S.T.- B
( Chuntian Academy Security Technician- BASIC ) Course

LEVEL 1- Trainee and probationary member. ( 90 days probation and on the job training and experience ) A minimum of 90 hours.

PAY RATE: ¥ 600 hour

C.A.I. Technician 1

LEVEL 2- Basic C.A.I. Security Technician 1
( Complete Probation )
PAY RATE: ¥ 750 hour

C.A.I. Technician 2

LEVEL 3- Basic C.A.I. Security Technician 2

6 Months / 250 hours minimum and Complete C.A.I. Bodyguard Course
Pay Rate: ¥850

C.A.I. Technician 3

LEVEL 4- Basic C.A.I. Security Technician 3

1 Year Minimum / familiar with all types of jobs and all locations.
Must have drivers license. Must be on call on some off days.
Job usually consist of back up, roving to different jobs by car or motorbike to check on guards and cover 30 minute lunch breaks. Also house checks for clients out of town. Sometimes on call.

PAY RATE : ¥1000 hour plus benefits

Consultant and Mangagement

C.A.I. Security Consultant

LEVEL 5- C.A.I. Security Consultant

Must complete Chuntian Academy's I.S.O.. Must have 2 years experience or have a Police Background. Sometimes on scheduled call

PAY RATE: ¥ 1250 hour plus benefits

LEVEL 6- C.A.I. Security Supervisor

Over see all facets and operations of the business. Keep track of all records, license compliances and client satisfaction. Sometimes on call.

C.A.I. Senior Supervisor

PAY RATE: ¥ 1500 plus benefits

LEVEL 7- C.A.I. Security Ass't. Director

C.A.I. Security Ass't. Director

PAY RATE : BASED ON COMMISSION / ¥ 1500 If working as a guard.

LEVEL 8- C.A.I. Security Director

C.A.I. Security Director

PAY RATE : BASED ON COMMISSION / ¥ 1700 If working as a guard.

CLIENT FEES:

1 - Basic Security Guard / NO MONEY COLLECTION / NO LOUD MUSIC / NO ALCOHOL. EX. Supermarket, Department Store, Home Center, Construction Site, Hotel Door Watchman.

FEE - ¥ 2000 per guard per hour.

2. Intermediate Event: Amplified sound, collection of money, youth event, more than 30 less than 75 guest. No or little Alcohol.

FEE- ¥ 3200 per guard per hour. 2 guard minimum.

3. BIG 4 EVENT :
ALCOHOL / MONEY COLLECTION / AMPLIFIED SOUND/ 75 OR MORE GUEST

FEE - ¥ 4500 per guard per hour. 2 guard minimum up to 60 guest. Plus one guard 61-99 guest / 100 plus, one (1) additional guard per 35 guest.
