SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHUNTIAN SECURITY SERVICES

Chuntian Security shall in the provision of any ordered service:

Take reasonable action necessary to ensure that the Principal’s property is secure and free from risk of damage, theft or loss by any means.

Take responsibilities to diffuse and prevent fights, threats, theft and unruly people at hired event or escort.

To take appropriate control in the event of a fire, medical emergency or other unknown urgent event.

Take all reasonable action necessary to ensure that persons using the Principal’s property are not exposed to risk of injury or death.

Take all reasonable action necessary to ensure that persons committing offenses involving the Principal’s property and/or offenses against persons lawfully on or using the Principal’s property are dealt with according to the law, or to your instructions.

Chuntian Security will ensure that all of their security technicians wear their prescribed clothes or uniform (If required, often are services are plain clothes low profile or even undercover).

Ensure that no unauthorized or unlicensed persons accompany Security Guards in the performance of the contract.

Ensure that Chuntian security does not disturb papers on desks, open desk drawers or cabinets, or use the Principal’s facilities for purposes other than as authorized by the Principal.

Ensure that Chuntian Security Guards do not enter any areas unless necessary for the performance of ordered services.

Ensure that Chuntian Security Guards are familiar with the layout of locations at which services are to be provided, particularly having regard to the location of fire appliances, alarm detectors and areas of highest security risk.

Ensure that Chuntian Security Guards are sober and free from the influence of any drug, including alcohol, narcotic or hallucinogen, when reporting for duty and at all times while on duty.

RATES

I.

SECURITY STANDARDS FOR ACTIVITIES/EVENTS

Low Risk-

Events with 100 or less in attendance.Small private activities, without alcohol, dancing, amplified sound, or a live band/ DJ and not a youth event/activity.
Security Fee - ¥2600 / $26 per hour/per officer (½ hour prior to the event and ½ hour into the clean up time)
Deposit - ¥50000/ $500

ACTIVITY ATTENDANCE

1 - 2 SACT Technicians

Intermediate Risk

- Events with over 100 in attendance and/or Events with alcohol, amplified sound, dancing, live band/ DJ, youth dances and activities, or the collection of money at the facility .
Security Fee - ¥3000 / $30 per hour/per officer (½ hour prior to the event and ½ hour into the clean up time) Deposit - ¥50000 / $500

ACTIVITY ATTENDANCE

1- 2 CAST Technician

66 - 100

3-4 CAST Technicians

101 - 150

4-5 CAST Technicians

151 - Capacity

5+ CAST Technicians and 1- CAST Supervisor (Instructor Trainer) ¥3500/ $40 hour

1 additional CAST Technician for every 50 people, 1 Supervisor per 4 required guards.

All events will have a security needs analysis completed and security plan
developed for the event.

Il.

PERSONAL SECURITY and TRAVEL ESCORT

Is determined on a case by case bases.

Usually includes a deposit and all expenses for economical, safe travels and room and board.

In addition a per hour or per day charge, depending on the services desired, places and level of threat and duration of hire.

All escorts will have a security needs analysis completed and security plan developed for the event. As well as a seminar (meeting) and a contract of understanding and compliance completed by the client.
