18:00 - 19:30 (Black Belts) 19:30 - 21:00 (Adults)

Thursdays :

12:00 - 13:15 New: CAI Free Style Self-Defense.

Saturdays

13:00 to 14:30 ( S.B.S. Fujieda City, Japan)

19:45 to 21:00 ( S.B.S. Shizuoka City, Japan)

Sundays :

10:00 to 10:50 Exercises and Meditations for Health.
11:00 - 12:30 ( C.A.I Specialized Programs Classroom)

Most Classes Located in Shizuoka City Tamachi-Bancho area at the CAI Headquarters and Main School , 14-7 Nibancho. About a 10 minute bike ride from the station, 7 minutes from OUR BOOZER!

*The S.B.S. Classes are located on S.B.S. Street near Apita. All class fees and registration are done through S.B.S. ( Shizuoka Broadcasting system).
