REGULAR SHIZUOKA, JAPAN DEFENSE CLASSES:

Every Summer we have accommodated visitors that wished to spend a limited amount time studying the C.A.I. Intense-Defense Program and living in and learning about Japan on Summer and Spring Breaks.

This Summer is no different. However, with Senior Teachers Karl Emerson moving to China and Assistant Director Sheik Ally leaving for Singapore August 15th 2010 and the other new demands on Chuntian Academy, we will not be able to do so this year. Basically not lack of demand, but lack of staff and openings on the schedule.

NOTE:
FROM JULY 1st 2010, DUE TO THE LEAVING OF TEACHERS KARL EMERSON, TO CHINA AND SHEIK ALLY TO OPEN A SCHOOL IN SINGAPORE, AS WELL AS THE LANGUAGES AND WEDDING SERVICES DEMAND, AND THE EXPANSION OF DIRECTOR PLEWES' FAMILY; FROM JULY ONLY EVERY OTHER TUESDAY NIGHT AND THE THURSDAY LUNCHTIME AND THE SATURDAY NIGHT S.B.S.CLASSES ARE THE ONLY DEFENSE CLASSES AVAILABLE.
( CLOSED IN AUGUST FOR OBON AND SCHOOL SUMMER VACATION ).

THE SATURDAY NIGHT CLASS IS TAUGHT BY MASTER PLEWES BUT DONE THROUGH S.B.S GAKUEN ( CLICK ON LINK BELOW ). ONE DAY SEMINARS WILL BE HELD EVERY TWO MONTHS, BUT REGULAR WEEKLY CLASSES ARE LIMITED BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF C.A.I. TEACHERS IN JAPAN AND THE OTHER DEMANDS OF CHUNTIAN ACADEMY JAPAN AND DIRECTOR MATT PLEWES.

WE ARE SORRY TO ANNOUNCE THAT THIS YEAR C.A.I.-JAPAN CAN NO LONGER ACCOMMODATE VISITING DEFENSE STUDENTS. THE SECURITY SERVICES OF CAI-JAPAN WERE TERMINATED IN MAY 2010, BUT WILL BE OFFERED AT C.A.I.-SINGAPORE FROM OCTOBER 2010. TOURIST ARE WELCOMED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LIMITED SCHEDULED C.A.I. and S.B.S. REGULAR CLASSES. BUT HOTELS AND OTHER NEEDS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TOURIST. HOWEVER, IF AND WHEN TIME PERMITS WE WILL SHOW YOU AROUND SHIZUOKA AND ASSIST WHEN EVER POSSIBLE.

Tuesday and Thursday Classes Located in Shizuoka City Tamachi-Bancho area at the CAI Headquarters and Main School , 14-7 Nibancho. About a 10 minute bike ride from the station, 7 minutes from OUR BOOZER!

*The S.B.S. Classes are located on S.B.S. Street near Apita. All class fees and registration are done through S.B.S. ( Shizuoka Broadcasting system).
