LEVEL 1- To-The-Point Defense ( 5th Class Student)

Basic Front, Side, and Rear falls

ESCAPES
(Minimum of 3 Types and 2 Directions)

Wrist and Elbow Escapes
Headlocks,Full Nelson Escapes
Rear Hold,Bear Hug Escapes
Chokes Escapes

BLOCKS/PARRIES/STRIKES

Basic Crane Sweeping Blocks. Inside and Outside.

PUNCH/GRAB/SHORT WEAPON DEFENSES 1-10

1. Merging Elbow Bar,Downward.
2. reverse to #1. Wrist Combination Sweep.
3. Come-a-long Shoulder Takedown
4. Missed Block Salvage,Shoulder Takedown
5. Total Failure of Interception.Rear Takedown
6. Inside Front Elbow Strike with Leg Sweep.
7. Inside Side Elbow Strike with Leg Sweep.
8. Inside to Outside, Back Elbow Strike/Maneuver to "Safe Zone"
9. Snake Coiling Capture/Lock to Sun fist Strike.
10. Inside to Outside Rear Restraint and Lock down.

BASIC SIDE WARD PARRIES, BLOCKS, ATTACKS.

"Driving" your opponent( Neck,Chin,Balance control,lock or neutralize).
