Real World Self Defense
C.A.I. : the scientific study of self-defense. C.A.I. focuses on reflexes and comfortable, natural body movement to quickly end a violent attack.
This field of study centers on combat in extreme encounters and enables the user to rapidly become proficient, gaining considerable skills on the very first day of training.
(No Uniform. Wear comfortable clothes, just as if you were going out on the town).

Basic Crane Sweeping Blocks. Inside and Outside.
PUNCH/GRAB/SHORT WEAPON DEFENSES 1-10
1. Merging Elbow Bar,Downward.
2. reverse to #1. Wrist Combination Sweep.
3. Come-a-long Shoulder Takedown
4. Missed Block Salvage,Shoulder Takedown
5. Total Failure of Interception.Rear Takedown
6. Inside Front Elbow Strike with Leg Sweep.
7. Inside Side Elbow Strike with Leg Sweep.
8. Inside to Outside, Back Elbow Strike/Maneuver to "Safe Zone"
9. Snake Coiling Capture/Lock to Sun fist Strike.
10. Inside to Outside Rear Restraint and Lock down.
