For bigger more serious jobs, big and beefy not necessary, but maturity, diligence, serious training in the higher levels of C.A.I., On-the-Job experience, extensive and intensive training in C.A.I.'s I.S.O. Tech. (Investigative/Security/Operations-Technician). Well trained, smart, spry, and deadly.
