1. CENTERLINE; Protect and occupy / Attack if caught inside.

4. SECURE AND "CIRCLE" TO THE SAFE ZONE
5. Do the TWO-MAN DRILLS for automatic reaction.
(Note: Use open hand for maximum energy. If caught in front of your opponent after circling, circle backwards from inside under his arm dirrectly to the safe-zone).
